I had felt a bump for a few years and it slowly got bigger. If something hit my foot I would be in agony for a few seconds. "Tinel's sign" it was the Doctor called it. It eventually started hurting at night and waking me up so I decided to go in for an MRI. That's when they found it and cut it out! All the pain is gone now.
