you have to open it with a needle or a knife and get the head out, its a small black shpere like thing in the center most likly its in real deep. only try this if you dont wanna go to the doctor cuz its gonna hurt like a mother fucking bitch

I had one about 16 years ago on my shin. It showed up as a pimple that I promptly popped. I was sleeping on a bed on the floor and thought it tagged me while I was sleeping. A few days after popping it the center of the sore went necrotic and it took a couple of weeks to heal. I still can feel a little hollow dimple under the skin where the venom killed the tissue below.

A doctor can give you some cream for it if it is a spider bite. My son got bit on his finger and the cream cleared it up in a matter of days. It also stopped the spread of infection that was going down his hand.
