it does look alot like heat rash... depending on what insurance you have for her, i would suggest a second opinion, even if its just from another dr, or nurse practitioner in the office she goes to... if its warm enough in the house, sometimes the best thing for any rash, whether it be from allergies, heat, or whatever is to let it air out... no clothes if its warm, try bathing her in a very light smelling baby soap, getting her dry and letting her play in just a diaper... i have 3 kids that were all born at different seasons, and they have all had some kind of a rash... allergy rashes tend to itch and make babies irritable, rashes from roseola or scarlet fever are accompanied be fever (i've personally had scarlet fever twice and believe me, she would be miserable, but scarlet fever is an off branch of strep throat, so there would have been some kind of warning) keep her dry and comfy, and hopefully it will work itself out :)
