They are all real, and they are all on display at the Mutter Museum. It's a medical museum and not just anyone can wander in. They have things you would not believe unless you saw them. So yes, all real. I have a book of photographs published by the museum and most of these are in it. It's an amazing place and it's on my list of places I MUST see someday in person. The museum is very old and dates back to times when birth defects and other oddities were still not well understood, and these specimens were intended for medical students and professionals to study. The real is sometimes more amazing than the fake.
