My man!I got one about a year and a half ago.Fabulous!Wean yourself off those narcs as soon as you can-after a week I only took them before PT and at bedtime and stopped them at day 10.And still had withdrawal symptoms.That shit is scary....Don't let yourself get constipated,that's the worst pain you'll ever have....Good luck

Best decision I ever made. The surgery pain was nothing compared to the hip pain. I went back to work about 2.5 weeks (on my feet doing hair). I had a anterior full hip replacement 2 years ago. I hope you recover quick and easy. I didn't have PT but idk why  . Get well soon

I was just rolled onto my side  The fukkin pain was unimaginable  I'm getting some oxy now I think before breakfast  I haven't slept it's almost 6 a.m. here in Belfast !! |

I was very active a year ago, I walked my dogs everyday weather permitting and I hiked every week around a huge forest. I spent money on a ok bike last year, but I'm sceptical about using it again I have ideas in my head about some little walks around the village I live in !! |

I'm having a bilateral hip replacement !! Had to borrow €22k to have them done Fukk it I'll worry about that next year innit !! I have a healthy diet and I don't smoke apart from weed every few months, so I reckon I've a good chance of bouncing back fast. Work is a worry though !! |

24 hours after going under the anistetic and the pain is unimaginable !! Nurses were an hour late with my regular medication too !! Bit scary to be honest !! |
