Motorcyclist V Truck Survives Fractured Skull
This accident happened in Thailand earlier this month, around the 19th. The victim pictured was struck by a truck and ended up with a fractured skull. Sources state he survived though it seems touch and go if he makes it through this critical period   ·  ·  · |

It's different overseas. I lived in China, and no one wore one on their moped. They would carry babies under one arm and drive away. Hah. When I hitchhiked on a motorbike in that place, I didn't get to wear a helmet, because they didn't have any.
