Motorcyclist Leg Injury
The victim was driving a motorcycle which was knocked by a fast moving car. The leg has been badly injured below the knee. The photo was taken when the victim was being attended at the Muhimbili Orthopaedic Institute(MOI), Tanzania.
The image is the leg on it's side, foot facing downwards.

Probably, that is if he gets to keep the leg below the knee. That is a pretty severe crush injury.
