There's two things I noticed in this video. First, whatever exploded, exploded just before touching her. And honestly it looks like water. Second, the skater on the right might have partial blame for the accident by distracting the driver because he was riding on the street and looked like he was about to cross in front of the truck.

I think she had breast implants. Look right after "they" explode and she rolls over, appears to be blood/different color than her shirt. Looked kinda pizza-ish. |
