My understanding is that meth users end up with such dry mouth that the enzymes that break down food are so concentrated because of lack of saliva. They end up digesting the teeth.

Ever see a cocaine addicts nose? I knew a guy once that actually had a hole in the partition of his nose, he was a big time coke head before the crack era.... His nose looked like someone had poured acid into it.

There is a nose with a hole through the roof of his mouth to his nose on here, but, I don't recall how it is listed.

I would guess it is in medical deformities.
