White Male Fell asleep at the wheel, drove through 3 yards and struck a chain link fence. Awake at the scene but very confused. Transported by EMS to Trauma Center. Patient was texting on his phone and asking Random questions. Had NO RECALL of the accident. Did not believe Doctors or surgical team regarding what had happened. Pipe was surgically removed with no major deficits. Pt had a previous cervical fusion several months prior.
