Re: Messed-up Birthmarks Etc
The hair on the 1st patient looks like fur. I had to do a surgical prep on a man once who was covered with glorious black & silver fur. Looked just like a wolf pelt. Seemed such a shame to remove it.

And I have a tiny mole where Cindy Crawford has (but doesn't stick out like hers) hers and I use to be miserable. Wow... now chicks dig it and I often forget I have it with my beard.

The large dark ones are called "giant nevus" and the red ones are called hemangiomas.

Re: Messed-up Birthmarks Etc
I remember, "Turtle Boy". I posted his before and after pictures on here. One guy with the allover hair condition, had his face shaved on a talk show, ("Maury", if memory serves), but, his wife liked him better with the hair. I guess she had gotten used to it. People are cruel, though, and I think the parents made the right choices having them appear more like everyone else. When they get older, they can always change whatever they don't like. |
