It was the single most painful experience of my life, the pain was excruciating and lasted most of a month while I had the wound vac attached to my sack. Gotta love going to a military urologist for a routine vasectomy and ending up with... that. Basically it was malpractice, but I couldn't sue, so I got a gnarly scar and nerve damage as a consolation prize.
