Member The Last Nephilim's Recent Emergency Scrotum Surgery
The Legendary Neph had complications from a minor surgery causing a blood vessel to rupture and formed a massive hemotoma in his scrotum.

After one surgery to drain it and cauterize the leaking blood vessel they packed it with gauze. When the gauze was taken out of his scrotum you can see his testicles through the gaping incision they had to leave open. He now has a wound vac attached to him to make sure no infection forms and to aid in healing.
