Melanoma
73 year old patient presented with untreated melanoma of the forehead. After extensive work up he underwent wide resection of the tumor which also invaded the base of the nose, medial canthus and part of the upper eyelid. A large rotational scalp flap was mobilised for closure of the defect. Apart from that, sentinel lymph node biopsy was performed to assess possible progression.
