Poor baby. As others have said, he is a cutie and he does look happy. I wish there was more that could be done for him. Is this caused by a genetic mutation? Is it random or inherited? If I had a child with that issue, I would be afraid to have another kid but it looks like he has a younger brother who doesn't have the disorder. The picture of them snuggling is so cute.
