Dude, seriously; you need to see someone, a doctor. Although I understand that you are not trying to kill yourself, and that you are doing this because it makes you feel good; this bad habit you will end up killing you and making you life worse. Think about your family and your future, for instance....Usually I don't give a shit what people do, but this is too much...If you can't seek for an external help, reduce your habits, and eventually you will be able to stop. .. .. There's a reason that I posted this video on this website, because this is the sort of place where a video like this belongs. If you don't like it, it's not going to affect me. :]

I hope you get panic disorder and major clinical depression, I wouldn't wish that fate on my worst enemy but cutting yourself and furthering the stigma against people who actually cannot feel a second of content or peace of mind makes you sub human.
