(Maximum Overdrive)Router Bit to the Hand
Happened to my father in law. Left router plugged in and when he went to pick it up it malfunctioned and turned on chewing up his hand. Started to climb up his jacket towards his face before he backed up enough to unplug it. Threw blood and chunks all over shop. He’s a tough old man. |

Re: (Maximum Overdrive)Router Bit to the Hand
Now that is freaking gnarly. Most people wouldn't even be able to hold their hand still long enough to get a pic, for a hand with a chunk of meat missing like that. Tell us did you get him to the doctor, and if so - what was done for treatment ? |

They repaired the tendons and he received 47 stitches. He will have to get another surgery for nerve damage. He has movement in all fingers but no feeling. |
