I think this is what my cousin's is like. He is a female-to-male (FTM) transgender, and he mentioned that after taking the testosterone, there are some anatomy changes, and one effect is the clitoris swelling up to look more like a penis. I don't think he's going to get a penis put on, but I think the most he'd do is a Metoidioplasty, which has some pretty impressive results:  Via Tumblr I think they pull the enlarged clitoris out a teeny bit to make it longer on the outside (the clit goes way back, so it's just moved closer to the surface) and prosthetic testicles can be added. My cousin's philosophy is that his genitals work and make him feel good, so why go through so much surgery and take so much skin (penile creation requires SO much skin from one's forearm or thigh, meaning it's not as sensitive, invasive, and expensive) when he has something that serves him well already? |
