Fuck me. That is big. How did he/she even let it get that big? Must've been growing really fast, or there was a very long waiting list.
I'm having a hard time thinking that the person who had that in them could mistake it for regular weight gain.

Surely there comes a point when you look at that growth and say to a friend, "Do you reckon this is getting big? Should I get to the doctors? Or should I just wait for a couple of years until it's the size of Ronnie Corbett?"

I had a friend who thought she had a tumor the size of a basketball. She gave birth! I've never been pregnant, but, I have to think you'd feel something at some point!
