Massive Kidneys
Make a fist. That's the size of a regular kidney. This is a photo of polycystic kidneys. Weighing between 16 to 18 pounds combined, they were the second-largest set of kidneys the University of Pennsylvania has ever seen. The staff retained them for teaching purposes. Blecch! |

Re: Massive Kidneys
Holy shit, that is amazing.. Wonder why they were removed? Was it during an autopsy?

Re: Massive Kidneys
Oh wow! I was born with polycystic kidney disease. I knew that they were bigger then normal kidneys (mine are twice the size at the minute and im 25) but never thought they would get that big! Amazing!
