She looks alive. Kinda looks like a flesh wound. I don't see bone or brain. Her color is good. If she's dead, it just happened.

Yea...definitely looks alive to me. Don't think it is as bad as it appears. I am sure she has a sweet scar from that though

Bet she's pissed its gone through her tattoo! Then again, maybe she will like the scar. As for the drunk driver, I hope he has to pay for whatever surgery she has to have.
