A Chinese man underwent an X-ray only to find a BOTTLE stuck up his bottom - and claims to have no idea how it got there.

The man, who unsurprisingly didn't want to be identified, went to hospital complaining of stomach pains.

He had tried to extract the bottle with a curved piece of wire, but when he failed to do so sought out medical attention.

When shown the images the man suddenly remembered what had happened and came clean.

Doctors performed an operation to extract the bottle and repair the man's bowel that had become pierced.
