Good question. I would hope that after six children, she or a doctor would have noticed extra parts before now.

Could be that she has the internal parts are of both sexes. Could be a chimera of different sexes. Hmmmm...

Regardless of her face, she has a family with six kids. A lot normal couples cant even have one. I'd say, she is very lucky. Ugly, but Lucky!
