Mandibulectomy Surgery
Mandibulectomy multidisciplinary complex surgery of malignant tumor showing extensive mandibular beyond the right edge of the removal of mucous and epithelial tissue as a safety margin. The reconstruction was made by removal of the fibular graft microvascularized was carefully modeled by means of osteotomy according to the predesigned templates by CT scan. The graft was positioned and secured with the use of miniplates and screws. Then the vascular anastomosis was performed with the aid of a microscope.
