Man Taken to ER Beat Up with Maggots in His Head
This man is actually alive. He was jumped by a group of men and left unconscious. A few days later he was brought into the ER in this condition.

I understand that maggots eat bacteria etc, but I can not even imagine them actually crawling in my wounds...so freakin' gross! Seriously, that made my stomach turn!  |

Maggots may be what kept him alive. They eat dead tissue, not living. So it's possible that the maggots ate the dead flesh before it infected the body.

Wow..they're just standing around talking and laughing. They should be helping him. He's probably in a lot of pain.
