Man With A Strange Deformity of His Neck & Face
This guy has some type of disease that caused a very strange looking deformity in his face and neck area.

Yeah that's a goiter--enlargement of the thyroid gland. One of my meds has a slight chance of causing this so I looked it up long ago.
