It was a pedestrian vs auto. We found him face down in a ditch of water. He was still alive and awake ( alcohol involved) we rolled him over of course prepared for export. This pic was taken in the unit. The lung was still working it had a whistle due to a small hole but I couldn't believe it. He was breathing 12/min of course maintaining own airway. He was taken to the hospital and died the next day.

should clean the grass and dirt out of that cut.
maybe that's what killed him
