I saw some balls/scrotum once in person that were the size of grapefruits.. totally possible. Was shocked myself since I never seen nothing like that... so I'll go with Real. |

There's a medical condition called hydrocele, which is when the scrotum fills with fluid. I'm not sure that it could possibly cause the testicles to be THAT big (it would be more like the size of an orange) but I guess it's possible?
