Maybe she was just kneading some dough in the institution's kitchen when the pressure cooker suddenly failed and the explosion sent dishes and silverware flying everywhere. That's one possibility. |

Someones gonna have to pull that knife out eventually. Wonder if they'll do it slow, or whether fast and abrupt is the best choice |
