That is a horrible idea. The "lump" or cyst, could have been cancerous or it could have had blood vessels attached to/in it. Dumbass.
Exactly and what was more surprising was that they let him take the lump with him. Standard protocol would be to send it to a lab for testing.

I've given myself stitches but I would never cut something out of my body.

The dumbass is thankful he kept bleeding or who knows what type of infection he could have gotten
