chimpanzees are very aggressive and those who keep them as pets aen't being very smart about it considring they are wild animals and weren't domestiated like dogs o cats so even if you tame them as much as possible, they still have that wild instinct.

Reminds me of that story of a woman who was killed by her pet chimp.
