He probably survived because he wasn't exposed to the electricity for very long. Every time the sparks were generated, it was for less than a fraction of a second. I'm sure it was extremely painful, but ey I'd say he's a Lucky boy  |

Ahh, it's The Philippines. When I went there, rolling blackouts were the norm. Maybe Chris can tell us if it is still like that before he folds up the tent on this place.
