Man is said to be in his 90's with a 'malignant neoplasm' (cancerous abnormal growth) of the scalp, looks like he has a small amount on his cheek too.
I can imagine some people with an obsession for picking scabs would love to pick something like this

When I first saw the picture I thought it was a Tesco finest chocolate chip cookie.

It looked delicious. Then I put my glasses on and I realised it was not a cookie.

However part of me still wants to lick it.
