Although, more precisely, while the child might have Treacher-Collins, s/he also has holoprosencephaly and otocephaly, which cause the whole nose and ear thing, respectively.

It may have already been cited, but this article comes from Medscape, and there's a quiz at the bottom that says "What's the diagnosis?"
