Male-to-Female Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS)
Here are some pictures outlining the process of the surgery to create a 'neo-vagina' from male genitalia. This is known as Gender Re-assignment Surgery or GRS, and is usually performed on those who are male-to-female transsexuals, although can also be performed for other reasons, such as in the case of those of ambiguous gender who were assigned the wrong gender at birth. All these pictures however are of transsexuals.

You are correct in that they can self-lubricate, however usually to a lesser degree than a natural vagina. They also have to dilate for the rest of their lives to stop it closing up. As for disgusting rich people - most transsexuals are actually very poor, as it's very difficult to get employment as a transsexual woman. You've got to be pretty certain to go through with such a thing. Good luck to them, I say. If they feel they need to do this, and it makes them happy, so be it. |
