I try not to ask WHY(you know who)lets/allows/OK's these types of things to happen to innocent children BUT as John Belushi said it best in "Animal House"when asked by a pledgee why his perticular nickname was chosen for him and was given this perfectly timed answer "WHY NOT !!". So this is how I answer myself when presented with mind bending situations or questions about topics such as these. |

The skin is dry and needs to be lubricated several times a day. There are people who have several Halloweens, but, from what they go through, it's very painful and they cannot be in the sun without protection so I'm not sure they look forward to another year. DSC also runs a strory about an older teenage boy who wanted to go skindiving. He did. He also sits outside with a hat and his skin covered. Must be a real PITA when you get older and need help covering your body. A baby is easy to pick up and coat with lotion. I believe there is a story with a teenage girl as well, who screams when her mother puts lotion on her. Very painful.
