Oh wow, that's sad. Imagine having to go through life with that nose. You know people stare at her. Her parents could actually look normal, she may have gotten the short end of the stick from their genetics however.

Probably... I don't where she comes from but if she feels bad with herself (which I doubt with that smile) it should be all payed by the county councils... if not and she will be pay off by own pocket it's really sad, maybe costs about 5000$ and its more likely being poor (looks like somewhere in the middle west where shes comes from btw) than rich
