1. ppl can be stupid sometimes, hense why they should just stick to jumping off buildings. also..it might have been a 20 gauge instead of a 12 gauge 2. the blast probably knocked him out until he later woke up in the hospital..idk xD 3. if you notice the blast is mainly in his facial areas, but look up a bit and you can see that his skull is still intact. |

They fail because they place the shotgun under their chin, and instead of blowing their brains out, they blow their face off. Put the muzzle in the mouth and suck steel, and that won't happen.

For future reference boys and girls, you put the gun right into your mouth, and aim it up at 45 degrees. No bone to slow the shot, any if you (some fucking how) survive, your face will still be intact.

People intending to commit suicide via firearm should note to aim directly for the braincase, not just the general face/head area. Poor guy even destroyed his eyes.
