hahaha. Bloodgasm just pointed this thread out to me.

I didn't even know it was a real bird when I made my screen name. All I did was combine a loud annoying squawking bird on the window sill with some documentary about lobsters that was on television at the time.

Anyway, neat post!

I had one of these in my yard this summer! I took pics & got a video - had no clue what it was until I did some research. It was a Hummingbird Sphinx Moth - amazingly beautiful!!
