Re: Little Girl With Rett Syndrome
Never heard of Retts! Can twins have Retts? If they can would it be called Two Retts syndrome! There must be a lot of other rare disorders like this. With todays science able to do genetic chromosome engineering to fix human syndromes in the womb, would this have been a better alternative to give this girl a "normal" life or is playing Frankengod with an unborn fetus way too unethical.... discuss amongst yourselves as your opinion matters little to me.... well, back to the lab! |

Re: Little Girl With Rett Syndrome
This is why I support euthanasia Seriously. Look at her. Yes she have "wonderful" family. But that is when they're in the camera. None of you know what happens BEHIND the camera. I'm a very patient guy, but even though I love my mother so much, when she got very sick of diabetes (kidney failure + amputated) I got all my energy drained and become very ill tempered. I've lost my patience soo many times. Not just me, but most people around her too. Thus she was bombarded by tantrums from every directions. Of course not everytime, but most of the time. She passed away couple of months ago, but to be honest it's just much better that way for her. Judge me (and my family) if you will, but not everyone have strong patience and will like nurses or some sort. See, even nature's basic design is natural selection. Most of other living things (mammals in this case) leave their babies that wouldn't be survive in wilderness, to die sooner and painless. Come on. What she'll do when she's old? Getting a good, rich guy who will take care of her till death do them part? |
