Unfortunately she probably is... it would have been kinder to withdraw treatment long ago and not have her suffering as much as she is :(

Sorry but stories like this anger me. People like this are one of the reasons health care and insurance is so expensive for everyone. They are selfishly draining the system on hopeless causes, mostly because of religious nut views against euthanasia.

Poor wee one I am Glad her parents NEVER gave up on her and she had a amazingly loving life and is now a Angel in Heaven
