I am not sure if this has been posted before. I tried to look but I'm not even sure what this would be under.

This section works. Here is another little fetus, an abortion for medical issues. I use a mini so I thought it was cut fingers when I found him or her.

Either word can be used to describe it accurately. If you want to get technical, the correct term is fetus, because fetus is specifically for mammals including humans. Embryo can be used for any species.
ummm no... not trying to get technical. at this stage, the correct term is embryo.
