I'm off to look up thresher injuries. These things were horrid when I was growing up in Kansas - imagine a big auger in a pipe you shove at an angle in a pile of grain and spin as fast as possible to move it into a trailer or truck. Sucks up fleshy bits just as easily - nasty stuff.
