I think what you mean Shelbeano is that, given the child is within a medical facility, the severed hand should no longer be a life threatening injury...??? I don't think it's fair to call her a child etc, because of this assumption. |

Well, yes, kinda. See, I didn't think it was a life threatening injury cuz you'd have to hit an artery, which is really unlikely, but since she's a child, maybe I'm wrong.
