That guy did a terrible job, even for an amateur. Firstly, the incision should have been bigger and should have been made in one motion. It makes no sense to make a smaller incision that is going to impede the expression of all the material in the cyst sac. An incision twice as lang would have offered much better odds of repair than a stretched-out smaller incision.
Secondly, he didn't remove the sac! That cyst will come back without the removal of the cyst sac. Thirdly, why make such a mess of your theater? Squeezing the expressed material between his fingers was unnecessary and dumb, etc, etc
