Face cancer. Think there is another video of this person and he is feeding him or herself by rolling food into balls and stuffing it down the exposed throat hole.

Reminded me of the story about the farmer who choked his chickens head off but didn’t kill it and left just enough of the brain stem for the animal to survive. It lived for another 7 years until one day it choked.

That reminds me of the movie where Hannibal Lecter cut that cops skull off, and was taking pieces of his brain eating it and even fed the guy his brain. The cop seemed like he was unaware of what was happening to him.
