Knee Cut To Bone *Updated*
My fiancé fell onto a curb whilst crossing a road. He said that since it didn't bleed much through his trousers he just carried on walking to work. When he finally rolled up his trouser leg to have a look, one of his coworkers went white and was sick so he thought he should go to A&E just to get it checked out. He needed 12 stitches, had the wound glued and then walked back to work. They sent him home in a taxi. Update: second picture of what was under the bandage when he changed it. Looking pretty good considering how serious it looked before. Update: He made me add a picture of the curb. Sorry. |

Yeah, he very rarely takes a day off. Only if he is really ill or can't physically get on the bus does he stay at home. He hasn't been to his GP for 20 something years though he does go to the dentist regularly. His workplace has had to send him home several times also. I call him indestructible. |

Re: Knee Cut To Bone *Updated*
My granddad many many years ago broke his finger while working with horses, broke a small stick the same length as his finger, wrapped string round his finger and the stick and a couple of weeks later removed the string and it had healed , never stopped working.
