The Kleeblattschadel syndrome is charac*terised by a particularly severe form of dysostosis of the skull with very premature synostosis and associated with internal hydrocephalus. Though described in the German literature much earlier, the English terminology of "cloverleaf skull syndrome" was coined by Comings in 1.965. Very few reports of this entity are available, though the ophthalmic manifestations are striking and important.

I have to tell you though, when I read the name of the deformity, I thought it was a joke and was going to be a suicide with a smashed head. I read it as Kerblattsomething sydrome.

I guess I should have realized if it was in medical, it would be medical. Time for eye drops!
