A single mangoworm maggot is removed from the paw of a kitten approx 10 weeks old  Despite the alarming sound of his meowing in potential pain, animals also cry out loudly if they think we are going to do something to them - whether they feel pain or not - so this procedure may not have hurt the wee man as much as we think. |
