Those tonsils look cryptic. Mine looked like that and I had them cut out of me last year. I don't even want to know the size of the stones those babies produce.

It's indicative of a massive infection, or even HIV positive patients show something called lymphomegaly, or enlargement of the lymph nodes (which tonsils are).
